President Trump’s ex-fixer Michael Cohen has spent hours in interviews with special counsel Robert Mueller’s team over multiple sessions, where the topics covered included Trump’s connections with Russia and any discussions that may have taken place about possibly pardoning Cohen, ABC News reported Thursday.

Prosecutors have made no promises of leniency with Cohen in exchange for his cooperation, sources told ABC News, and his interviews with the prosecutors are happening voluntarily.

Cohen last month pleaded guilty, without any cooperation agreement, to bank fraud, tax evasion, and campaign finance law violations.

According to Thursday’s ABC News report, federal prosecutors from Manhattan have sat in some of the interview sessions, and Cohen is also cooperating with New York state authorities investigating the Trump Foundation and Trump Organization.
